** Due to a high number of orders we are currently unable to offer our individual commissioned design service, however we will still be able to alter existing designs. **

Sweet Chestnut Designs is proud to be the 2008 VOWS Awards Winner for the Bridal Accessories category.
Thank you so much to everyone who voted for us, we've had a fantastic year and we're working towards making 2006 even better!

To place an order or make an enquiry, please complete the following form and we will contact you via email with payment and shipping information.
We will then ask you to confirm your order before we begin work.

We do not ask for payment until completion of order; however, please be advised that we will not ship your order until payment has been cleared.

Postage and Packing for tiara orders only is £3.50.
Postage and Packing for Jewellery orders up to £30.00 is £1.50 
Postage and Packing for Jewellery Orders over £30.00 and combined Tiara and Jewellery Orders is £3.50

Payment:
Payment must be made by a UK Sterling cheque, postal order, or via (if you wish to use a credit card). We aim to dispatch orders within 10 days upon receipt of payment clearance and will inform you by email on the day we send your order. Should any delays occur, we will also contact you.

Shipping:
Postage and Packing for tiara orders only is £3.50.
Postage and Packing for Jewellery orders up to £30.00 is £1.50 
Postage and Packing for Jewellery Orders over £30.00 and combined Tiara and Jewellery Orders is £3.50 Postage is by First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and is included in the purchase price for UK mainland and Northern Ireland customers only.
Orders may be sent via Next Day Delivery upon request at an additional charge.
Please be advised we cannot ship abroad at present.

Returns:
All returns must be notified to the Sweet Chestnut Designs Office within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by the customer. The Return of the goods must then be received at the office of Sweet Chestnut Designs within 6 days of the notification of the Customers intention to return the goods. The cost of return postage will be met by the customer. Returns must be in original condition and complete with their original packaging in order for a full refund.
