We will then ask you to confirm your order before
we begin work.
We do not ask for payment until completion of order; however, please
be advised that we will not ship your order until payment has
been cleared.

Payment:
Payment must be made by a UK Sterling cheque, postal order,
or via (if
you wish to use a credit card). We aim to dispatch orders within
10 days upon receipt of payment clearance and will inform you by
email on the day we send your order. Should any delays occur, we
will also contact you.

is by First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and is included
in the purchase price for UK mainland and Northern Ireland customers
only.
Orders may be sent via Next Day Delivery upon request at
an additional charge.
Please be advised we cannot ship abroad at present.
Returns:
All returns must be notified to the Sweet Chestnut Designs Office
within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by the customer. The Return
of the goods must then be received at the office of Sweet Chestnut
Designs within 6 days of the notification of the Customers intention
to return the goods. The cost of return postage will be met by
the customer. Returns must be in original condition and complete
with their original packaging in order for a full refund.
